Who We Are
Andrew Atherley has over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, starting out in the world of publishing and automotive literature.
Andrew has been working with Mac’s since the Mac Plus (you may have to Google that one). When it comes to the Apple Mac, Andrew has seen and done pretty much everything.
Andrew has also worked with all major server platforms, with over 25 years of supporting Windows and Linux. He also has an in-depth knowledge of email, security firewalls, phone systems and networking.
Pat Bristow has been working with computers since the days of punch cards.
He worked at Nat West Bank and then the Bank of America in their Network and System teams before starting his own IT support business.
He has worked on all versions of Windows since Windows 95, as well as iPhones and iPads since they were first released.
He has also created and run several websites, the biggest of which currently has over 10,000 users.
Trust and honesty. Our clients trust us to help them resolve their IT issues, whether it’s a server issue or just asking advice on which laptop to buy for their children.
We like to get to know our clients. The more we build a bond of trust the more we can help you in the long run. Clients trust us to give the right advice, even if it includes bad news. When dealing with repairs, for example, we will never let you spend more on a repair than the computer is worth. We always look for the most cost-effective solution, even if that means not purchasing from us.
We always look to supply software and hardware that is proven and reliable. We always try to look through the hype that can surround the IT industry.
We look forward to building a lasting relationship with all our new and existing clients.
We are always happy to take time to explain a solution or problem, using plain English rather than computer jargon.
